About Me

Mike Brown has been a licensed real estate professional since 1986. A former residential lender, for more than eight years with a top-five firm nationally, Mike offers his sellers and buyers an exceptionally valuable combination of cross-industry experience.

Mike believes today's real estate consumer is often challenged, and even fatigued by waves of conflicting industry-wide information, or hype, which he calls "frequency noise," that gets in the way of them making important and correct decisions.

The consumer wants to be carefully listened to and to be understood, at all times.

The consumer wants to know the process and the numbers.

The consumer expects their transaction to be smooth, and on budget, with timely accurate information and frank advice.

The consumer expects and deserves to be in control of what matters most to them: their time, their money and their life.

I have worked with Mike for many years and have referred many customers to him. He is a true professional and I trust him with my friends, family and customers for all of their real estate needs. He is a great friend and trusted adviser. -Scott Tripp

Mike is always looking out for clients. As a repeat home buyer first, he has provided me with very helpful advice and guidance whenever I have asked. Mike is quick to respond, and handles the details of a very detail-oriented process very effectively. Highly recommended.” -Chris Macks
